Our child safety standards
I'M HERE · Developer: Mert Dolu · Effective: 20 September 2026
I'M HERE is for adults aged 18 and over only. We have zero tolerance for any content, behaviour or use involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
Where we stand
Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), is strictly prohibited in our app. When we find such content or behaviour we close the account permanently and make the reports the law requires.
What we enforce
- The 18+ limit is enforced on the server. A user's own claim is not accepted; age is checked against a date calculation on the server and registration is refused if the person is under 18.
- Access is by invitation. Not anyone can sign up freely.
- Uploaded images are processed and screened for content that breaks our rules.
- Every user and every piece of content can be reported, and every user can be blocked — both from inside the app, in a few taps.
- There is no random or anonymous matching. A chat opens only when both people have agreed.
If we learn a user is under 18
If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we close the account and delete its data.
How to raise a concern
You can report from inside the app: a report and block option is available on every profile and in every chat. You do not need to leave the app.
You can also write to us directly: info@useimhere.com
We treat child safety reports as a priority.
